DropBox installed. >>>Even though dropbox is still functional back to windows xp its full security and functionality are not realized unless your computer is Windows 8 or better currently.
Chrome Web Browser Installed. I discovered that Chrome web browser has a vulnerability to having its search engine compromised such that it intermittently is commandeered by other search engines such as Yahoo therefore I installed a plugin in chrome to enhance its security. This is a nasty piece of malware that comes in various versions. You are currently experiencing this takeover of the search engine on your office desk computer by my experience. You may want to check your home computer also to see if this issue presents itself. If it does I would suggest using another browser where the utmost of security is warranted just in case the browser is logging keystrokes. I suspect google is working on this vulnerability.
Zoom installed Zoom is installed and boots up in less than 5 seconds. Ethernet: I upgraded the ethernet card to future-proof for internet speeds up to 300mbs. This should enhance video over internet experience plus search response. |
